Hi! I’m Dr. Helton,
I started practicing medicine in the year 2000, and over the past 18 years have treated and served over 15,000 patients. I’m the current President of the Middle Tennessee Chapter of Family Physicians, an Executive Board Member of the Tennessee Academy of Family Physicians and Chairman of St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital Family Medicine Department. I am a lifelong servant of God, and have completed 13 medical mission trips in 6 countries, donating medicine and healthcare to those in need.
Of all my achievements, what I’m most proud of is my family, wonderful wife and beautiful daughters. They inspire me everyday to work tirelessly and help care for the families of others.
